Eduardo M. Osorio
Eduardo M. Osorio is an associate attorney at The Rodriguez Law Group Los Angeles Criminal Defense Attorneys dedicated to the practice of criminal defense. He is a zealous advocate of the accused, earning the trust of his clients and working diligently to obtain results to his clients’ satisfaction.
As a law student, Mr. Osorio began his legal career learning the ins and outs of the Federal Courts system as a judicial extern for the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez of the U.S. District Courts, Central District of California. This experience in the Federal Courts now gives Mr. Osorio an edge in working through federal cases on behalf of his clients, including those involving theft of government property, drugs & firearm trafficking, and R.I.C.O. allegations.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Osorio practiced immigration law at a Los Angeles-based boutique firm. His extensive experience and knowledge in the complex area of immigration law equips Mr. Osorio with the skills necessary to negotiate carefully crafted plea deals to reduce and often times entirely eliminate harsh immigration consequences that result from criminal convictions.
Mr. Osorio has successfully obtained numerous favorable results for his clients at The Rodriguez Law Group Los Angeles Criminal Defense Attorneys, including terminating investigations at the pre-file stage, achieving full dismissals and exonerations, and accomplishing post-conviction relief for those trying to leave their criminal history in their past.
Mr. Osorio received his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy, cum laude, at the University of Southern California, where he was a member of the U.S.C. Men’s rowing crew.
